WHEN WILL DELIVERY BE?

At SCG, we take pride in providing our customers with a timely and efficient delivery service. Our goal is to deliver your order within 30-35 days, depending on the availability of the product. We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time and in great condition. We also offer expedited delivery services for those who need their order as quickly as possible. All orders are trackable and customers will be provided with tracking information once their order is shipped. We strive to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely and satisfactory manner.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

At SCG, we offer flexible payment terms for our customers. For our new clients, we require 100% payment on purchase orders as we will be placing the order with our partnering steel mills. For our returning customers, we require 50% payment upfront and 50% before delivery. We accept payment EFT transfer, and PayPal. Please contact us for more information about our payment options.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

We understand that customers have different needs, and that’s why we strive to make sure that we can provide exactly what you need.
